Completion & handover management

We are aware the completion of any project is time consuming and can cause programmes frustratingly to drift. To reach the demanding quality of the prime market the completion phase is critical. we can help. Ruxway Prime can attend and inspect projects independently prior to completion and carry out a full defects list and manage the de-snagging process on your behalf. This service includes;  

 

  • Regular site & quality inspections

  • Generate defects lists and photographic records

  • Manage the de-snagging process on your behalf

  • Collate & preparation of Handover documentation, operation & maintenance manuals

Contract 

Administration

Employed by the Client, but acting impartially in accordance with the terms of the contract.  This is a contract role. This service includes;

Clients Representative

Ruxway Prime can act as the Client's representative, which essentially is the 'pinch point of an egg timer', the interface between the Client and Contractor. We can act on the Client's behalf. This differs from the role of the Contract Administrator as this is not a Contractual role.  This service includes;  

 

  • Representing the Client at all stages from planning to completion

  • Manage & advise on appointment of Consultants

Pre-construction
